The Company manufacturer entire range of Liquid Milk Processing equipments except centrifuges, Homogenizers and Spray Dryers. The Company has executed over 45 Nos Milk and Milk Product Plants of capacity ranging from 10,000 LPD to 7,00,000 LPD.
The Company is the first to build large capacity factory made Milk Silos, capacity 150 KL in the year 2004/05 for Sumul Dairy, Surat. CHENGALVA is also popular for continuous Ghee Making lines, with special indegeneous technology, using SPIRACEL HEAT EXCHANGERS.
CHENGALVA has executed several prestigious plants, including expansion works of Mother Dairier at Bangalore and Hyderabad under WORLD BANK AIDED OPERATION flood programme implemented by NDDB. The project execution wing is parallel activity alongside the manufacture of Dairy Equipments.
